Who We Are
We are a consortium of recruitment professionals with a broad range of experience and expertise drawn from both the contingent and corporate staffing worlds. We have collectively represented organizations such as Drake Beam Morin, Kelly Services, Providian Financial, Bank of America, Robert Half and other Fortune 500 companies.
We have sourced or staffed for most vertical markets. Our record of success is in the mid-level to C-Suite arena.
We started PeopleSource in 2003 and have grown rapidly to add additionalresources nationwide in response to client need.
What We Do
We conduct retained research work for corporate recruiting groups and
retained search firms nationwide. This practice is focused primarily on name and
candidate generation activities, candidate development, and candidate sourcing.
Other practice areas focus on customized research for corporations. They include, but are not limited to, organizational charting, competetive intellectual capital data, and position/reporting structure intelligence.

Fee Structure
Our typical engagement is at a $90/hr rate with set minimum of 10 hour commitment for candidate generation. Fees for retained engagements and outsourced research activities are priced according to complexity and duration.
